Shipping is provided by United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS)), and FedEx.

For a limited time we are offering a flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 for domestic shipping and $14.95 for international shipping. Shipping time ranges from 2 -4 business days for standard Ground Delivery, depending on your location.


Tracking number will be available and emailed to the customer once the item is shipped.

We take special care when packaging and handling your order, however sometimes accidents do happen. If you happen to receive a package with damaged items, we will gladly replace them for you. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for more information.
We try hard to ensure we ship all items of every order together and have several checks in place to avoid missing items. However mistakes do happen.

Please review the confirmation receipt / packing slip which you will find with your order to ensure the missing item is listed there. Please include the SKU number of the item when contacting Customer Service.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange it, replace it or issue a refund for you. Refunds will be given on NEW and UNUSED merchandise only. The item must be within 15 days of  purchase date with receipt confirmation. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

When sending the Item back, please use a shipping method with tracking and confirmation to ensure we receive the item. We are not responsible for any returned items which may get lost during shipping.

Sale and clearance items may not be eligible for returns, refunds or credit.
